What a cute place! Jodi is an amazing host and proactive communicator. The space was incredibly clean and cozy and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Zachary is an excellent host. This is the second time I have stayed at his airbnb and once again I felt at home! It was just as described, clean, comfy bed, quiet, and private parking. I would book this place again!

Better than I expected! No wonder it's called the loft. The top bedroom was our first choice, super cozy but a little warm. The fan definitely helped though! Beautiful bathroom, I love the Bluetooth speaker light that's installed in there. Little snack for the stay too! Thank you! Definitely staying again hopefully sometime!

Lyle's place was spectacular! The views, the cleanliness, and the crickets at night were perfect! You have every thing you need to make you feel at home! We'd definitely stay again!

Beautiful place! Was extremely pleased with all the little extras that were in the home for our use. There was candy, water, chips, fresh coffee beans with a grinder, nice soap and hair products, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, and so much more! One big thing that usually aren’t common in other places I’ve stayed in is comfortable beds with nice pillows and this place had both! Also, the water is very hot so you can actually take a very nice hot shower. The coffee bar was so pleasant with several liquid flavors and syrups as well as herbal teas to choose from too. We grilled out and there were spices for everything we needed. The hot tub was very well maintained to mention and also plenty of clean towels. We did our laundry before returning home and detergent was also included. All the TV’s were nice sized equipped with ROKU to include Netflix, Disney, etc. Check out The National Bird Avery while in town. That’s why we came. Check in was very easily with no hassle. Will return.

We live in Florida and have family spread out through Pennsylvania so we decided to rent an AirBnB over the holidays so that we could spend Christmas together. The space was perfect for our family. The adults each had their own bedrooms and the kids slept here and there as kids like to do. The hostess put up a Christmas tree which was such a thoughtful surprise for us. The kitchen was a great space with plenty of room to cook and eat. We had plenty of coffee (thank you!) and snacks in a cute display. The location was perfect for us because we were mainly interested in spending time together and not going anywhere. It was very peaceful. This would also be a great place to spend time with family in the summer since it has a pool, play set, trampoline and fire pit and plenty of run around room for kids. We may just come back to enjoy that part of it more in warmer weather. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Thank you for the great stay. The cabin was perfect to accommodate our stay with great kitchen amenities and plenty of space for everyone. The game room and laundry were a nice addition as well. Only con was the blinking lights the last night of our stay, it made it hard to play games. Hopefully that gets fixed quickly so others can enjoy the cabin as much as we did.

It is a cozy beautiful house with ample room for 8 adults. We were greeted with a welcome sign and a delicious raspberry danish. We were in town for a wedding in Beaver and wanted a place that we could share with friends to catch up and socialize. It's conveniently located close to many towns that are within 5 to 15 minutes.

Quiet, cozy, and comfortable. Downstairs layout a bit quirky, but we like that and place was very clean. We were not in need of anything, and appreciative of available toiletries that are commonly forgotten. Deck looked like nice place to relax but our weather was rainy. We would stay here again.

From March 24th through the 27th we made Connor's place our home, and we couldn't have been happier with this comfy little house, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Connor was a great and attentive host. He was very accommodating with my date changes and timely answers to questions that I had. Now for the place itself, the bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds, with plenty of closet and dresser space. A nice cozy kitchen with everything you need for your time spent there. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and extra toiletries. Plenty of parking, both off street in the driveway, and spots right in front of the house. It was everything it was advertised to be, no disappointments, and good pricing. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this home, as your place to stay, for the Monaca/Beaver County area.

Great place to stay, close to airport, close to restaurants and shopping. Located in a quiet neighborhood and some bars and restaurants within walking distance. Cynthia is very friendly and very responsive. The house is very clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

My daughter had to be in the Pittsburgh area for two weeks due to a school requirement. Michael met her there at check in, and made sure she had everything she needed. And, he graciously gave her a late check out since her flight didn’t leave until later in the evening. Everything went smoothly, and this mom was happy she was safe, and grateful for Michael and Michelle’s help.

Wonderful place located in a great area with lots to do! Lavaugh and Kristen were very responsive and provided very detailed instructions outlining everything I'd need to know about getting to the place, navigating around the apartment/area and checking out! Great experience, would highly recommend!

We have stayed here multiple times. I hope that tells everyone just how fantastic this home is. We just keep coming back for more! We highly recommend this home with great accommodations and an amazing view of Pittsburgh!

Absolutely lovely place to stay while in Pittsburgh! Clean, beautiful decor, easy street parking, and Julie was always quick to respond. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a lovely stay here over the holidays. Parking is easy, and it was easy to access the unit. Everything was clean and comfortable, and was very little noise from the street. The bathroom having a heated floor was a nice perk as well! Would stay here on another visit :) thank you to our hosts!

Everything we expected. Super responsive hosts before, after, and during our stay. Hoping to book again next year for the same type event as well as recommend the option to others in that area.

John's place was perfectly as described. Nice quiet neighborhood, and with good public transit access (which can be rare in Pittsburgh). I'd recommend to anyone coming to town for an event, but not necessarily being right downtown. The place was well set up for an extended stay as well, better equipped than most long term rentals I've used.

It’s a small apt but was exactly what I needed! It’s in a great location- very close to convention center, some really good restaurants and museums. I’d would definitely try to book there again if I come back to Pittsburgh
