Shirley Ann was an amazing host! The place was impressive and extremely neat. The area is safe and amazingly beautiful. Checking in was absolutely seamless. Shirley Ann was so welcoming and always responsive. The place was super pet friendly and accommodated my German Shepherd very nicely. I would definitely want to book again!

Die große Raum ist hübsch eingerichtet. Das Geschirr kann man in der Küche von Clint abwaschen. Clint und Mike, sein Hausangestellter, sind sehr hilfsbereit. Den großen Pool habe ich sehr genossen. Zu den Geschäften und zum Meer kann man zu Fuss gehen. Zum Schwimmen im Meer muss man man aber woanders hin fahren

Beautiful garden house with pool and ocean view. We really enjoyed working remotely from there and then relaxing in the evening or having a braai with the awesome hosts (and their lovely dogs) We had everything we needed. Total recommendation this one!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Annaleen's place! She was incredibly thoughtful and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. Her attention to detail was evident, yet she completely respected my privacy, creating the ideal balance for a relaxing and comfortable experience. The space is exactly as described and the backyard path to the very private beach was very welcome over the festive season. I truly appreciated her warm and considerate approach. The house was a home away from my actual home, I can recommend it. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly always available to offer assistance. We really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully coming back soon.

Was a perfect little spot for a peaceful week’s stay. Particularly loved the outdoor shower and bathtub. Great place to get work done as a remote worker, wifi is fast and reliable. Felt safe and secure while staying here and much appreciated the ceiling fan plus additional floor fan to keep cool as there isn’t air-con.

Thank you for the stay at your cottage and assistance with the extra fence over the gate it really helped us to relax and feel at home knowing our small dogs could not get out. Our dogs are escape artists. Host is friendly, helpful and attentive. We would happily recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway in the Durban area.

Stayed here during the lead up to my first Comrades Marathon. We immediately felt at home right away. The area is peaceful and has a great assortment of shops and restaurants which are a short walk away. The place has easy access to motorways that can get you into town or to the airport. The place has comfortable furnishings and has all the amenities you can think of. A small nitpick is that it would have been nice to have a few items like tea, coffee, sugar and salt to kick start our stay. We had to drive around a bit on our first night to search for open shops when we needed these. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating and always responded. It was really great to be able to have a friend stay over after they got stranded late at night. Overall I highly recommend this gem and hope it will be available next time we visit the city.

Recently had the pleasure of spending a week at the Airbnb. Both rooms were beautiful keep,cozy and stunning design. I would highly recommended a stay here in either of the rooms.

What an outstanding home on every level - the themed architecture was mirrored in the multitude of interesting pieces of artwork including wall murals, decor and furnishings. The outdoor living space provides the opportunity to enjoy the views across the valley and canopy of trees. All this to the sound of the gurgling river in the background. It is so peaceful sitting on the outdoor sofas listening to the birds and enjoying the surrounds. The home is expansive with a large central living space, perfect for big groups and our Christmas celebrations. It is well equipped, with a responsive and attentive host. The Christmas tree was even decorated to match the style I had chosen for our Christmas table. Our only regret is that we did not book a longer stay ! What a treat.
