The listing said it had a really well stocked kitchen and sometimes Airbnb listing's say that but they don't. This one is above and beyond. everything about this place is wonderful from the views to the fireplace to the comfy beds and furniture. The hosts were always very quick and helpful in responding to questions. I think it's absolutely well worth the price and we will absolutely be coming back

This host took time to ad special touches like coffee and a fresh new creamer available, treats for the dogs, extra pillows and blankets. She was responsive when I couldn’t sign on to the tv app The fenced area was perfect for our dogs and allowed us to enjoy our downtime without having on the leash all the time. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed although we mostly ate out.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this house. It is a very convenient location for us when visiting our daughter and grandkids and they love the park across the street. The kids call it our mountain house!

Maria is a great host. Maybe the most comfortable beds of anywhere we've stayed. Very clean and cozy. The back deck with covered porch is awesome. The place felt like home.

This was our second stay at this beautiful mountain house for New Years. It is well appointed and the location can't be beat - if you don't walk down to the river every morning, you're missing out. Our large group felt right at home (including our dog!) and everything we needed was available. Don't hesitate to book this house if you're in need of some nature and solitude.

Sadie’s Place was a a really peaceful and quiet getaway. It had a lot of space and plenty of beds for big groups and the property has some beautiful views and nice walking trails. It is convenient to West Jefferson and Sparta and there’s plenty to do in the region. I would highly recommend staying here and we plan to again!

The home and grounds were pristine, private and beautiful. We enjoyed the space for our animals and family to spread out and then come back to together. The fire area outside with the hot tub was a huge win for the grandkids. The inside was perfectly appointed and well stocked. We will return here as a family! Perfect fit for our big growing family.

The home is just as listed and only a few minutes of highway 221. if you are visiting West Jefferson this is about a 15-20 minute drive into town which is great. The home was well kept and had everything that was needed. it is located on the far back side of a farm which way for a very peaceful and quiet setting. I definitely recommend it if you are visiting the area.

Amy and her husband are very friendly. It’s a very peaceful place as I lived in South Carolina and I travel up here to work for the time being I love studying at her place. This is the second week that I stayed. I will be staying there more. I enjoyed myself very friendly to talk to and she makes beautiful pottery, but as her place it’s sparkly clean very comfortable and warm and there is a local sushi restaurant and a pizzeria that I ate at that I haven’t enjoyed and will visit again.

Place was as described, although felt larger than it seemed in the photos. Perfectly walkable downtown Blowing Rock location. Clean and tidy, comfortably furnished, roomy enough for our group of three with three separate beds. It's in an older house with lots of character, but the inside is updated and modern. As others noted, we did occasionally hear footsteps from upstairs, but weren't bothered by that at all. During a foggy, damp and cold day we were happy to spend time in the cozy breakfast nook with lots of natural light. Would gladly stay here in again!

We enjoyed our stay and found everything to be just as described. We highly recommend this place!

We chose this property due to its location, cost, and pictures. We were there for a quick weekend to visit family in the area. The unit was clean and comfortable. While we did not prepare meals the kitchen seemed very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The area was 100% safe and the location was excellent. Maybe a little too close to Kilwans Chocolate Store. It was quiet, even though it was located on West Jefferson's Main Street. Instructions for checkout were displayed on the refrigerator. Can't imagine anyone not being extremely happy with this unit and we would love to stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is one of our favorite places to stay when it is the 2 of us!! Only thing I would change is having coffee,tea, little shampoo/conditioner basket welcome basket available upon arrival. Just makes life so much easier especially if you get in later and don't realize that is not provided. Just a thought for the price of rental. Again not complaining it would just be a nice little thought.

Great place to stay while visiting town. Very clean, instructions are very clear and understandable, place is close to King Street, and host is so nice and communicative. Definitely recommend for anybody needing quick and quiet place to stay.

This place was perfect for visiting my son who is a student at the university. Walkable to everything in downtown Boone where you will find affordable restaurants serving a variety of fresh, locally sourced food. It was also walkable to campus. Other than visiting Blowing Rock for a few hours, I was able to park at the Air B and B and do everything I needed and wanted to do during my visit. It was in a busier area of the town, but it is tucked away and was very quite. The place was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. If I return to Boone, I will definitely try and stay here again.

Place was great, fit what we were looking for for a family of 5 (including an infant). Open space to play and cook/entertain.

Great deal, Valentina was extremely responsive to us even late in the evening to get the booking sorted.

We had the best time at Nicole’s place. The condo is very spacious, extremely clean, peaceful, and has beautiful views. We loved hanging out on the porch and winding down inside by the fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. We took advantage of the playground and indoor pool located on the resort. The location is super close to Main Street and right by the blue ridge parkway for many hikes. Nicole is super responsive for any questions. We will be back!

Trey’s place hit all the marks for what I needed - clean, cozy, comfy, and affordable. Bonus points for an amazing loose leaf tea selection, gorgeous mountain views at sunrise and sunset, and close to everything I wanted to do in the area. (Grandfather Mtn, Linville Falls, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster were on my list - did them all in a day.) All instructions were clear and easy, and I had everything I needed for an enjoyable weekend away in the NC mountains. Go stay here and support western NC!! I hope to come back again soon :)

Liz and Chris have a wonderful condo, the walk to the slopes is very short, and they have a private locker available on the slopes to store ski gear, which makes the walk even easier.

Though it’s close to the main road, you need four-wheel drive in winter to get to this condo. We got stuck and could not reach the condo- ended up driving to the next town for snow chains as that was the only way to get there. It’s a nice place and very close to Beech Mountain but important to be aware of accessibility in winter.

Fabby is a wonderful host! The beautiful unit was well stocked with everything we needed. I see the care Fabby puts into making guests very comfortable for their stay. We adored being so close to the slopes. We could see the chair lift from the balcony. I highly recommend this location. We would love to return.

Whitney & Jay were great hosts—responsive and helpful when we had questions. The space was just as shown/described in the listing. My family of four enjoyed our stay during spring break and our first time skiing during Sugar Mountain’s end-of-season March Madness. We made such wonderful memories here. Be sure to enjoy the most stunning sunrises and sunsets from the balcony.
